I had an angina attack closely followed by another one due to physical exertion. My own doc referred me to Ward 21 Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. The staff there well exceptional. Quietly reassuring and friendly, taking nothing for granted, very professional.
When I arrived Kirsty and Betty put me immediately at ease and without fuss showed me my room. Where upon they quickly carried out all necessary procedures. All the time reassuring, knowing that I was anxious just being there.
During my 24 hour stay I received the best of care from all staff, doctor cargill and his team, the day staff, night shift staff and cleaners. All of whom were exceptional.
The hospital could do with better catering arrangements, ill people deserve good food.
