"Poor help"

I recently visited the a&e department with my 1 year old and was transfered to paediatrics where we was made to wait over 3 hours due to there only being 1 doctor available on a saturday night i find this to be quite ridicules and poor also to be told with attitude that it will take aslong as it takes ill be taking my services to queens med in future as i find this is unacceptable especially on a childrens department
