About: York Hospital / Accident and emergency

I visited on Tuesday and was very impressed by every member of staff I encountered.

The administrator on reception was very friendly and welcoming.

The rest of the staff were friendly and professional and kept me informed at all times,

The department was busy when I arrived but I was seen in a timely manner and kept informed of the reason for any delays.

The staff made me feel very confident in the process.
