"Outpatients appointment"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / Respiratory medicine

Just like to say I was very impressed with the speediness at the outpatients department.

Also tried to use the self-check in screen but didn't know what I was doing!

Went to Outpatients desk and must say how impressed I was with the guy who I seen there this morning, not sure of his name, but he was really polite, friendly and well-mannered. It is nice when you are greeted by pleasant people like that who obviously enjoy their job.
