I am very happy of the support and pleasant service from Royal London hospital Midwife. It was not easy to work with in tough condition and busy environment place
. I really appreciate their kind support and attention with lovely smile always.
After my baby born I was having very bad headache and neck pain which made me so sick. I couldn't sleep for 8 days after baby born also my blood pressure was so high.I was exhausted completely. After checking with GP and taking advice from home visit midwife I came to royal London hospital triage section 6E for further check up of my condition in late September 2018 at 4pm.At that time all midwife very politely did their job. I did wait almost 6 hours to see my doctor, approx 10pm I meet with a Dr who was really helpful but the midwife with her was so rude to me at first. I have been given a room to get rest because I was already with too much neck pain and high blood pressure with headache waited for 4 hours on a chair. But the midwife who started at 8.30pm was very rude to me and asked to be out of the room. Even tough most of the rooms are empty that period. This member of staff did not even know what is my current condition and how I feel. I am already in depression after birth and can not sleep. But after this attitude made me surprised, How can they does!! My husband was so annoyed but he made him calm and waited for Doctor. After having all kind support I can not believe still Royal London has few black sheeps who will cause the whole fame down by doing this kind of irresponsible work.It was very scary at that time for me because they are people I was believing most than my family during this pregnancy period. Thanks to God for my Dr who was fantastic and handled the situation very well and made me so comfortable as well as well looked after me. They were so kind and supportive.I hope and pray that Royal London midwife team rectify those midwife and will give those midwife more training for their role.
