It was great to see a staff member from security on the ward who brought a kind happy friendly face.

Thank you for your feedback it is really useful and I will pass this onto the security department. As a hospital we place so much importance on the need for staff to engage all patients, visitors and colleagues with a kind and welcoming approach. So thank you once again for this feedback.
