"Trying to cancel appointment"

I have been trying all morning to cancel my appointment by phone but it always goes to a message informing you to email them and giving you the email address.
I have tried this several times, but the email address is incorrect as message keeps coming back saying unrecognised. Ive even rang the department a few times so I can listen to the message again to make sure Ive got the correct email address.
