"A good experience of surgery made better by care..."

What I liked

I came for complex surgery on my knee which I was very worried about.

The surgery has been a success (early days!) but more importantly I was treated very well. I stayed on the Daresbury Ward where these kind of operations are done and I feel the service was as good as any private hospital.

Own room, looked after ever so well and felt very confident in my surgeon and the nurses looking after me.

A smile goes a long way when you are worried and there were lots of smiles.

What could be improved

Parking for visitors is difficult at certain times of the day. Food was good though, although limited choice for me at times. These are just small gripes though.
