About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital / A&E and trauma unit

Took 20 mins to check in and when we spoke to the receptionist the first thing mentioned was it was a 4 to 5 hour wait when continuing to talk about the issue the receptionist persistently repeated about the wait time as if we should just leave.... when we were able to see the triage nurse she could barely speak English and kept cutting in and speaking out loud her notes when we were trying to explain the issue she then persisted about the wait time and by this point the anger was building as we felt we shouldn't have been there and we being pushed to leave more than anything the triage nurse then wrote a very small description on the patients notes not really explaining the issue she then asked us to fill in a feed back form and wait in the waiting area feeling very dissatisfied with the service we decided to leave and seek medical assistance elsewhere as we didn't feel at all welcome.
