I had fantastic service at Victoria hospital radiology department. I turned up for my x-ray at 3pm where they noticed I was also due a CT scan in 2 weeks time- Instead of delaying this and having me come back they spoke to the CT scan team and asked if they could fit me in on the same day. Both teams apologised for the wait - it was only half an hour max. Very good customer service!
