This is the worst experience I've had at NMGH, I requested IV sedation for my procedure but wasn't even given it and wasn't offered anything else.
I was in that much pain that I had to withdraw consent, now they want me to send me back for the same procedure in 6-8 weeks which isn't going to happen.
I've made a complaint to PALS and will most likely escalate it further.
