I experience the professional care at the surgery as generally good, although travel nurses would benefit from some updating of referral and signposting information.

The practice appears to be understaffed causing an excessive wait to have a phone call answered: over 25 mins on a Monday afternoon. It is also difficult to get appointments that are not 'very urgent' - the wait is excessive and follow -up' appointments are required to fit the doctor's agenda of filling up in order, rather than the needs of the patient who may have specific needs to have an appt at a certain time.
