My wife and I both suffer from advanced Multiple Sclerosis and I also have advanced Crohn's Disease.

Sue, Bromley Bladder & Bowel Nurse has cared for both of us for many years and we are so grateful to have had her help and experience along the way. Sue is a great example for the service of what a nurse should be. She is knowledgeable, dedicated and approachable. She listens and understands and if, when we've needed to contact her, she always responds promptly. On the rare occasion she hasn't had the answer immediately she has got back to us promptly with sound advice. Her manner is always kind with an easy humour that puts us at our ease in what is a sensitive and awkward subject for us. She affords us a better quality of life with our advanced conditions through her unwavering approach and care. If she can do this for us, she can do this for other patients, so just trust in her abilities and do not feel embarrassed.
