"CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE PHONES"

Complained once before about trying to get hold of MFAU to book my 12 week appt and nothing ! Had to spend one morning ringing over 100 times for someone to pick up!!

Now when having serious issues at 40 weeks and trying to get hold of anyone in the delivery suite 6F - they're supposed to always have their phones manned - no one answers or they hang up. I've been trying for almost an hour now and no response! I have 2 numbers for them and both no one is answering.

Tried MFAU and again same story there no one answers!! what the hell am I supposed to do?! I have a toddler so it's not easy for me to just come in to hospital with them.

Despite initially wanting to have my 2nd baby here I would advise against any woman having their child here as the support is ridiculous. The staff when you see them are lovely but if you can't get hold of them what is the point?! Spoke to my midwife and she washed her hands of it as said she can't get hold of them either....says it all!!
