"Tried getting a appointment"

About: Highcliffe Medical Pract.

Couldn't get a appointment last week 13/09 tried today 21/09 for next week 7 days later ! No chance offered call back on that day by a doctor wished I could sort people's cars out by calling them back even though I would need to look at it! Can't understand why I work hard to pay taxes and insurance and can't even get to make a appointment when I need it to see a doctor what a joke

To ensure that GP resources are allocated appropriately the practice offers a call back from a doctor in the mornings for those patients requesting an appointment that day. Following a brief discussion over the telephone the doctor allocates an appointment based on clinical need. On the day appointments were available on both of these days and in fact not all of them were taken so it is disappointing that we were unable to help on this occasion. Unlike cars, patients can communicate their concerns briefly with an experienced GP who can sometimes support patients without the need or inconvenience of coming into the surgery and those that need to be seen are allocated an emergency appointment.

Staff at the practice continue to work extremely hard to provide the best possible services to our registered patient with the resources that are allocated and we are sorry when this does not meet the expectations of some of our patients.
