"Long Wait for Blood Tests"

About: King George Hospital

It's 7.33 am and I am waiting for a blood test at King George's Hospital. There are only two phlebotomists working and there are over 30 people waiting in front of me. !!

What a very poor service.

Just let the patients wait. It doesn't matter that I have to get to work .

Thank you for taking the time to make us aware of your experience, I am very sorry to hear the wait that you encountered when you visited our Phlebotomy Service at King Georges Hospital. Unfortunatly, that service is a walk in service so we are not able to determine how many patients will be accessing the service on any one day, therefore, sometimes the wait is longer than we would like. We do run a phlebotmy service from another clinic which patients can make appointments for, this may work better with your work committments.
