"Reception"

I find the reception staff today to be professional, efficient , friendly and welcoming when I attended for an emergency appointment.

The GP listened and explained my condition and the treatment I was to receive, as did the practice nurse who had both slotted me in, at no time did I feel rushed or unimportant. Extremely well treated by everyone I came into contact with at the surgery today. Seen, prescribed and dressing received all within 2 1/2 hours of telephoning to request an urgent appointment!
