The ònly annoying thing about the appointment prossess, you can never just get an appointment, the Dr will ring you, ideal if your at home but for people like me who work full time, odd hours, it is very frustrating, I had to receive a call from the Dr whist at work, with a person I'm supporting is being very vocal in the background, as it was the only way at that time.
