"Thank you for safely delivering my beautiful baby grandson"

I would personally like to thank the Maternity Services at UHW for the service given to my daughter during her labour/delivery two weeks ago. 

Treated promptly  at Triage, transferred through to ward 23. Met by Elsie and looked after by Linda.  Linda, you're a very kind midwife, you were keeping my daughter calm whilst she was in pool, until she had to be transferred through to ward 24. Thank you.

Ward 24, midwife Nicola took over care, thank you for safely delivering a beautiful baby son to my daughter and her partner. Your proficiency  and calmness during a fairly frenetic last hour , I believe, saved her from a medically assisted delivery and further complications.  

Thankfully, my daughter and myself have a beautiful, healthy baby son and grandson.
