We are so grateful for this feedback at what must be an incredibly difficult time.

We introduced "Swan Comfort Bags" to help patients and those important to them and include items to support memory making, such as flower seeds, so its so lovely to hear that these have been sown.

This feedback will be shared with the wider team to support on-going quality improvement and it will no doubt re energise efforts to maintain this lovely resource.

With best wishes to you and your family

Sarah

Thank you for such kind words at such a difficult time for you all. It means so much not only professionally but personally also.

As a team we continuously strive to improve end of life care for patients and those important to them.

I am privileged to have been able to offer support and the Swan comfort bags. We put them together with care and hope, that they will be supportive for children. It is so lovely to hear the impact they have on such a personal level.

Thank you for sharing.

Anna
