I have nothing but praise for the current staff in the surgical appliances department, esp the young man - sorry have forgotten his name. This young man measured my feet in so many different ways to ensure correct fit. 1st pair came very quickly but delay in 2nd pair has been caused by me being ill and not getting back to them to say go ahead. I have experienced badly measured shoes and lost ones before and as a result long delays in getting completed shoes, well done present staff.
