"Dreadful patient care!"

Truly awful patient care at this practice. Appointments are almost impossible to book ahead. When you do get an appointment, it is very rushed and in my last appointment ( waited for 7 weeks) the Dr said he didn’t have the time to go through my blood results with me ( despite me being an oncology patient).. this is after my results were not reviewed by anyone as the letter was directed to a doctor on maternity leave - with nobody accessing their allocated work. No privacy at reception at all. A very poor example of what a thriving GP practice should be.. very money focused and only providing the most basic emergency care
