After having an operation my scar kept bleeding so I went to the walk-in. I was 2nd in the queue but had to wait over an hour to see a doctor. The locum doctor was abrupt and examined my scar without washing her hands or putting on gloves. After examining me she just went back to the desk without washing her hands. This is disgraceful. What is happening to this surgery. To protect my wellbeing I have now registered at another surgery.
