What a rubbish phone booking system. Called in various times of a day, on various days, always at least 20 minutes listening to music, and then they pick up and immensely put the handset down. Really annoyed. And that constant message to go online. I don't want to go online, that's why I tried to call you! The whole appointment center is a joke and no one cares.
