My 1year old fell over and cracked her head on a concrete step this evening. It's swelled up bigger than a boiled egg on her little face and has a nasty cut. Checked online and minior injuries is open until 7 apparently. Husband rushes over there whilst I look after my 3yr old at home. When he got there with a crying baby with a head injury he was told minor injuries is closed. And go to A&E if he's that worried.
Can't talk to anyone when you phone them and no alternatives or advice given.
Awlful service. Next time we will go straight to A&E.
