About: Fisher Medical Centre

The Doctors are obstructive and unhelpful.

They do not listen to your complaints, they are more interested in their QOF Money.

You have to try for hours on the phone which is rarely even taking calls before 8-30.when they are supposed to open at 8

Some of the staff are rude but most try to be helpful.

Sometimes you are stuck in a side room and the doctor phones you from a different part of the surgery.

THEY CAN'T EVEN BE BOTHERED TALKING TO YOU FACE TO FACE

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you have been disappointed with the standard of patient care you have received at Fisher Medical Centre. We are always looking for ways to improve our current systems and therefore value patient feedback. We do receive a high volume of calls throughout the week, especially on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday morning. The practice team answer the phones from 8am every day and we man as many phone lines as possible to minimise the length time a patient has to wait for their call to be answered. However, we are looking at different ways we can structure our phone system since merging with the other AWC Modality practices and we will make sure we take your comments into consideration.
