"Mobile scanner great experience"

About: The Royal London Hospital / Neurology

I recently attended a weekend appointment for an MRI scan. The check-in process was swift and efficient, I was walked round by the receptionist to the mobile scanner and met very politely by 2 radiography staff. The radiographer introduced himself with ‘hello, my name is...’ and explained what to expect in a friendly and professional manner. It was overall a very efficient, professional and reassuring experience.
