"Excellent service wonderful dr and nurses"

Today I had a hysteroscopy with a particular doctor and two nurses who I regret Not remember their names. I was incredibly nervous and was immediately put at ease by this team of wonderful people. I felt so at ease immediately and was treated with dignity and respect. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I felt very much involved and informed about the procedure. The nurses and the dr spoke calmly to me and talked me through the procedure throughout even showing me my womb and Fallopian tubes on the screen. It was pretty much painless and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The nhs is so stretched at the moment but the care and dedication by the individuals caring for me during my outpatient appointment at medway was way beyond my expectations. Thank you to the doctor and your team for caring for me today and making a scary procedure bareable.
