"Absolutely impeccable treatment"

At 11:30am this morning, after discovering a lump in a sensitive area, I contacted the appointments line to arrange an appointment with a female GP. As there would have been a wait, the receptionist who answered my call arranged for a call back from one of the female GPs within the hour. By 12:30pm I had been examined, treated and was in the chemist with a prescription for antibiotics. At every turn I was met with understanding and concern, and my wishes were respected. I honestly can't fault the treatment I received today, absolutely brilliant.
