"Outstanding care from an expert team"

I took my teenaged daughter to the orthodontic department today. We were seen bang on time by the Consultant's registrar and then, almost immediately, by the consultant herself. Later, my daughter was reviewed by the specialist registrar, too.

The team were obviously discussing my daughter’s care as means of them learning, and it was reassuring to be seen in a teaching hospital by a group of experienced professionals.

Throughout the appointment, the team were sensitive, kind and caring to my daughter and me, explaining things in plain English and taking time to ensure we were happy with the plan.
