"Occupational Health Service the Willows Clinic, Chislehurst."

I have experienced rheumatoid  arthritis for 20 years which has steadily encroached and damaged a majority of my joints. This condition has been complicated by a spinal cord compression within T11 and T12, which has now restricted my walking and upright balance ability. 

As these complex condition have gradually impacted and restricted my  independence on general domestic life, be it cooking, washing or dressing, my G.P.  informed me Occupational Health (Willows N.H.S. Clinic, Chislehurst) would be in contact.

Some weeks latter I received a phone call from an Occupational Therapist (Jenny) who arranged a home visit. This initial introduction and the consequential visits thereafter have been a wonderful experience. Physical aids for washing, toiletry needs and an articulated chair for comfort of sitting and assistance in gaining a standing position have been supplied. These aids were accompanied by comprehensive instructions from the Occupational Therapists, as well as general support and advice on navigating daily life within the home.   

I can only praise the Willows O.T. and Physio Therapy team for their wonderful support and understanding of my needs, which has made my daily life routine considerably better.
