"I have found The Chaple Practice Center to be..."

During my time at this practice I have found all members of staff from receptionists, nurses and doctors to be extremely helpful and understanding. I cannot speak to highly of them.

On arriving 25 minutes early to my appointment yesterday I was amazed watching the reception staff and what they have to put up with! During my time I witnessed over 5 patients, who had arrived late for their appointment (2 of them were over thirty minutes late) and expected to still see the doctors. A number of then were rude and one even tried to blame the receptionist because no other appointments were available. I just cannot understand how they make it through the day! Gold medals for them I say.
