"Desperately ill and isolated - family &..."

About: Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

My nightmare continues with Liskeard IMHT.

Feel as though I have been patronised, ignored and manipulated by a service that has no strategy, leadership and no accountability to its funders and public.

MP has escalated this since my last complaint, GMC, Royal College of Psychiatrists and NMC informed of situation.

This is my only hope of securing my rights I suspect.

I should not have to do this when I am so very unwell.

Second change of medication without review or assessment.

Promises of therapy still not forthcoming since this was discussed January 2018.

Veterans Mental Health Team cannot provide support as they consider my condition too complex.

5th attempt to end my life unsuccessful and no response or support from my care coordinator or psychiatrist.

Relapsed after 12 years free of alcohol and drugs. Marriage ended and unemployed.

Mental health deteriorating rapidly with no one to turn to for support.

Can somebody please help me?

Now faced with moving back to north west to receive treatment as there is no service available locally and no one professional who really cares or has the necessary skill to treat me and others in similar positions.

Former mental health colleagues in north west ask me to return as soon as possible for treatment and care.

Why do I not receive this response in Cornwall?

These are the questions that will be asked by the professional community soon.
