Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with the Trust.

I am very sorry that you had to have surgery in March due to a perforated eardrum, that must have a very anxious time for you, and painful.

We take all issues surrounding patient care very seriously and it is disappointing to read that you felt your after care at the time was poor.

It is totally understandable that you feel disappointed because the situation is unresolved and I am sorry this is contributing to your anxiety/panic attacks.

Again please accept my apologies that your care at the Cumberland Infirmary has not met your expectations.

With our best wishes

Alison Shaw-Daly
