About: Halton Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted to ward B4 at Halton at 11. 00 and by 15. 00 I was back in recovery. The op was a total success as the following day my urinary problems were solved. Thanks to Bev and her team in the ward and Mr Woderich and his team in theatre. They were all really friendly, efficient and made may my stay a pleasure. Thank you.

Thank you so much for leaving this lovely feedback and I will make sure that the staff on B4 hear about this. The Trust has a Daily Safety Huddle, and there is an opportunity to provide a great story like this in our "Bright Spots" section and I will make sure this message goes in there. I am very pleased to hear that the operation was a success and thanks once again for taking the time to give praise to our wonderful staff on B4.
