"Lovely doctors and nurses but very rude..."

Iv been registered here for a while and have a lot of dealings with this practice as I have a hold with ongoing problems.

The doctors and nurses here are lovely, treat us with nothing but respect and have always bent over backwards to make sure my family receive great care.

It’s a shame the same can’t be said for the reception staff. They have no understanding of privacy and despite not being professionals feel that they should make the decision on whether or not your ‘ill enough’ to be seen by medical staff the same day or in a couple of weeks. A few times this has resulted in late night calls to 111 and trips to out of hours.

We also have nothing but trouble ordering repeat prescriptions as they don’t bother to contact when a px is held back due to needing health checks.
