"Frustrating wait in emergency room"

Left in the emergency room on what seemed a quiet day whilst hearing a group of staff laugh and moan about changes to their jobs.

There seemed to be lots of staff and doctors on duty but whilst waiting we witnessed staff going home whilst we were still waiting. When we approached the person at the desk they just shrugged their shoulders. There was a lot of discussion beyond the doors which was loud and frustrating as I was thinking no matter what you have patients sitting here listening and waiting to be seen.

We will not be attending this unit again.
