"Thank you"

My Mother & I would like to thank the vascular surgery team for all care and attention that they gave my father when he was taken ill. Their efforts to try and save an older man, who was just an old man to them, but to my mother a dear husband and father to me and my sisters. When unfortunately my father passed away the whole team came to see us. We shall never forget the kindness & sincerity they showed us, especially to my mother. In fact thank you to all the staff at the Pilgrim and the ambulance crew we came in contact with that night, under extreme confusion, upset and sadness they helped and supported us throughout.
