"A really excellent experience"

About: Huddersfield Hospital

I had surgery for a wrist fracture at this hospital. The staff were all very caring and professional. I felt that both the doctor involved and the nursing staff went out of their way to provide excellent treatment/care. I was looked after as a person and did not feel in any way part of a "machine". Decisions were made after full discussion.

My wife also felt very supported. Follow up has also been great, with reassurance provided when needed and ongoing physiotherapy. I am very grateful for the opportunity it has given me to use my hand effectively again.

I have no hesitation in recommending this hospital and would happily return for further surgery.
