"Pain clinic"

About: Clatterbridge Hospital / Pain Management

I left my appointment at the pain clinic angry and upset. The doctor was 15 minutes late calling me in to see him even though there where no other patients waiting to be seen or that had been seen while I was waiting (I was 15 minutes early so waited 30 minutes in total so would have seen anyone leaving) when I did get to see the doctor he was very rude, he wouldn't let me explain my situation and just kept talking over me, then when I eventually started to explain myself he used just used complicated medical terms which he wouldn't explain, in the end I just gave up. I won't be returning to the clinic as he did not help with the pain in fact he made it worse as I was so worked up which in turn aggravated the condition he was meant to have helped. I didn't expect miracles when I arrived however I did expect to be treated with respect and dignity
