"Amazing practice"

I can’t believe how good this practice is! I have just moved to it and it is incomparably better than my previous one. The best thing about it is the booking system, with appointments released twice a day. I expected all the appointments to be gone within seconds but they have enough doctors that it is very easy to get an on the day appointment. This means that you don’t have to wait days to be seen as in many practices, and you don’t need to sit there for 5 hours at a walk in session as you are given a proper appointment time. The reception staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist, and the two doctors I have seen were also very helpful and professional. I had a blood test and the nurse was really quick which was fantastic as I have had a tendency to get dizzy when previous nurses have taken the blood more slowly. I am really delighted with this practice - thank you very much!
