"Appalling service"

About: York Medical Group

We were told in the first week of the birth of our daughter to call and make an appointment for my partners and child's six week check and immunization. For three weeks now we have been fobbed off and told to call back the following week. My daughter is 5 weeks on Monday and still no appointments. I will be transferring her back to my old doctors with myself and my partner. Shocking service especially with a new born!!
