Endoscopy staff treated me with respect and understood my fears. I put off having this done for a number of years cannot fault their care, well done and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughtful care and understanding my fears. Made me feel like a person not just a job they had to do. After care was lovely. Thank you
