"I feel better, less anxious and have a positive outlook"

About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as a service user),

I was referred to Inclusion Matters Wirral for cognitive therapy after being diagnosed with Anxiety and stress after cancer treatment. I then went on to develop an Essential Tremor in my right hand. Throughout my therapy my Counsellor was helpful, patient and supportive. I was always treated with respect and dignity. My weekly sessions were on a one to one basis rather than group therapy, which I preferred. The course content and paperwork was explained to me. The challenges set for me help to address my anxiety and behaviours and how to deal with them.

I now feel better, less anxious and have a more positive outlook.

I am very grateful to all involved.

Dear augustkc56. Thank you very much for providing us with your feedback. I am so glad that you found your therapy helpful. It sounds as though you have learnt new ways of challenging your anxiety, which I hope you can continue to use in the future. Its so nice to hear that that you feel less anxious and now have a more positive outlook. Best of luck with everything!!
