"Hearing aid loop .medication"

The hearing aid loop has never worked In reception I've mentioned it several times .I'm severely deaf so it's important for me but

I've not been listened to up to now .MY medication recently got messed up by the practice .it took nearly 3 months to sort out .I have complex health issues .and I'm physically disabled so going back and forwards to the practice is very difficult and they don't allways answer the phone .The doctors are great, the some receptionists are as well .

Some receptionists need lessons on etiquet I think . Since the doctors left it's certainly lost the plot a little .CQC seem to think so tòo
