"Very bad experience"

About: Sunlight Centre Surgery

There is a doctor here who is rude and aggressive and seems to think and act like his doing you a favour for doing his job. I nearly had a breakdown trying to get my medication. They refused to send a simple fax, or electronic prescription in 2018 to get my urgent medication. No care in the world or regard or compassion for patients health. There excuse we don't have a smartcard as we only have locum so cannot send an electronic prescription says it all and it's gp policy not to send fax but they can send it by post. I thought I had gone back twenty years in time. They treat and talk to you like rubbish. Just a note to them anyone can be in the situation where they need medication.
