"Worst NHS care ever"

About: Western Eye Hospital

Attended the after hours A&E with potentially serious eye condition-was acting on advice from both NHS website and local A&E department.

Seen promptly by reception and nursing staff but v little interaction or explanation unless requested by me.

Concerned that no apparent triage in place, people just waiting their turn like an old fashioned GP practice

Saw a Dr who was not very polite, I had to ask for the door to be closed to the examination room!! Little or no people skills seen.

I am a frontline clinical NHS employee and behaving like this in my trust is not tolerated.

Lift your game Imperial

Perhaps the service would benefit from using Nurse Practitioners in place of a Dr??
