"Telephone nightmare"

About: Lime Square Medical Centre

Trying to get through to this surgery been holding now and my handset is saying 35 mins though this practice was getting in more phone lines or is the problem the number of staff just glad this call is not an emergency or urgent one very poor my handset now saying 45 mins .now after filling in my details handset now saying 65 mins

Dear Patient,

I am so sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience of the practice.

We have recently reviewed the telephone system and are in the process of reconfiguring the system to help with problems patients are experiencing. We have also reviewed the staffing rota to ensure there is enough cover to deal with the current demands of a busy practice. We are constantly looking at how we can improve the service we provide and all feedback is appreciated.
