(as a service user),

The breastfeeding support provided by Locala Baby Café is brilliant. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive, and go out of their way to help, in particular Nicola, Andrea and Sharon. In my view this is an invaluable service to help mothers to breastfeed their babies successfully.

My role at Locala is to listen to service users and understand how it feels to use our services. I report back to services and managers. I support to make change where needed. I really enjoy my job. Making a difference is important to me!
