I was admitted on the 20th of August for a 360 spinal fusion, this was my first ever hospital stay and as to be expected I was very nervous! I arrived at the hospital the day before my op which was my admittance day and was welcomed and treated very nicely. My surgery went brilliantly, in particular there was 1 anaesthesiatist who really really put me at ease, I would really like to know his name to personally thank him. When I left HDU, I was in Ward 4, the ward was clean, the day and night nurses were everything you could ask for, even though you could tell they were busy and under staffed, they couldn’t do anymore for you! They were so helpful and treated me very kind and caring. This made my whole hospital experience at the RNOH great and has filled me with confidence for the hospital!
"Great stay"
